For folks on ZBD taking surveys - I have an idea why you may not get sats if you screenout of a survey.

That particular question(s) that you didn’t gets sats for isn’t part of a survey, it’s part of your BitLabs profile.

From what I can tell, BitLabs is an aggregator - they pull in surveys from different companies (I’ve seen at least 4 different logos/names) and feed them to ZBD.

In the background, you have a profile with BitLabs. This is how they (in general) pre-qualify what surveys to show you, then each survey has its own pre-qualifier questions because they need that data for their reports (I did something similar in my working life).

When you answer a BitLabs question (which looks like a normal survey question), you don’t get sats. For anyone starting out with the surveys, you probably get a lot of these. I still get them every now and then. I think near the top right, there’s a message about this question being for a profile, but I didn’t think to screebgrab it until it was already gone.

If you take a “real” survey and screenout, my experience is to receive 50 sats. I have no idea if that payout comes from BitLabs or the company running the survey, so YMMV.

Hope this helps. You may have to answer a bunch of those first profile questions to get to the surveys that pay out. IMO, it’s totally worth it.
