My mom keeps a really uncluttered house, so now that I’m home, I have the urge to clear a lot of stuff. Most is art-related: past projects, To Do projects, half-finished projects. The problem I run into is “what if I need it?” Don’t want to have to buy it again.

But, having past the halfway point in my life, I also have to accept there are some projects I’ll never get to.

And that’s okay.

It makes the things I do feel more important- this is what will remain (for a little bit) after I’m gone.
