Got kicked out of a survey (that I’d been answering questions in for around 15 minutes) because I said I was “100%” invested in cryptocurrency. They obviously don’t understand Bitcoin.

I also listed “cold wallet storage like Trezor or ColdCard” as an “Other” for where I have my investment … and it used that text to ask me another 3 questions. >.<;

Morning ZBD survey stats: 1 profile question (no sats), 5 screened out surveys (50 sats each), 2 surveys stopped/reported because they asked which industry I worked in and did not have a “I don’t work” or “Retired” option - which always feels sad to me, like the person who created the survey question has no concept that someone can be retired well off enough not to work.

Good results for my morning gambling session of 15 minutes. 👍

For folks on ZBD taking surveys - I have an idea why you may not get sats if you screenout of a survey.

That particular question(s) that you didn’t gets sats for isn’t part of a survey, it’s part of your BitLabs profile.

From what I can tell, BitLabs is an aggregator - they pull in surveys from different companies (I’ve seen at least 4 different logos/names) and feed them to ZBD.

In the background, you have a profile with BitLabs. This is how they (in general) pre-qualify what surveys to show you, then each survey has its own pre-qualifier questions because they need that data for their reports (I did something similar in my working life).

When you answer a BitLabs question (which looks like a normal survey question), you don’t get sats. For anyone starting out with the surveys, you probably get a lot of these. I still get them every now and then. I think near the top right, there’s a message about this question being for a profile, but I didn’t think to screebgrab it until it was already gone.

If you take a “real” survey and screenout, my experience is to receive 50 sats. I have no idea if that payout comes from BitLabs or the company running the survey, so YMMV.

Hope this helps. You may have to answer a bunch of those first profile questions to get to the surveys that pay out. IMO, it’s totally worth it.
