Did a sketch to figure out composition and sizes. Drew the final with a pencil brush. Figured out a coloring process using an acrylic brush. Now just have to finish the rest of the piece. And probably do some color adjustments once everything is filled in.

Finally finished the second #procreatebootcamp workshop. Now a big fan of the Recolor tool. Video replay says this only took 3 hours to create but it felt sooooooooo much longer. Not a still life or grainy texture person, so that likely contributed to my resistance on this one.

My art for the second set of prompts in the #procreatebootcamp - hardest part was getting the words to look as if they were written on the parchment background, not floating above. I got a lot of practice using masks and text layers on this one. Took a little under 4 hours to create.

My art from Peggy Dean’s Procreate Bootcamp Workshop #1. She walked us through using a reference image to sketch, create a flat (solid color base layer), shadows, and highlights. Then colors and layer blend options to create a Pop Art style final quad image. This took a little over 2 hours to complete across 2 days.
