6/61 - Decor. Took a few process photos for this one ….

1) final 3” x 5” (index card) magazine collage

2) using a craft knife is too hard on my hands, so I very carefully cut out the window panes, making sure some part of what I want to keep is still attached somewhere

3) Original flowers in vase … sticks out too much to the left to fit the 3” width of the index card so ….

4) I get rid of part of the flowers. Really liked the brickwork, but it was horizontal, and I needed a vertical piece to fit behind the flower vase so …

5) I flip one piece of the brickwork 180 degrees, cut along a line of mortar, and match the bricks to create the background I need.

6) Glue stick time! Start with the door frames.

7) Once everything is glued to the index card, flip over and trim the edges.

8) See #1 for final art 😄

#asknostr - where do you send non-Nostr folks to see your Nostr profile?

I’m using Nostr as my only social media; the place for me, my art, my microfiction. In different cases (EX: in a learning community for my class profile) I want to put a link to my Nostr profile, the way I used to put a link to my Instagram profile.

Not trying to onboard them, and they likely aren’t familiar with Nostr or use a Nostr client, so just my npub isn’t helpful for them.
