Originally, September was one of my “plateau” months, when I was not going to increase my step count.
But, I did a few days over 4,500 when I was at the convention,
Reviewing my steps for July, I had 3 days lower than my goal of 3,000 steps/day, but overall made up for it with some days near 4k steps.

Walked a mall yesterday to do some shopping. By end of day, I had almost 4,500 steps. 😯
Last time I did that many was the Vancouver airport in May …. and my foot
GM! My foot right ached this morning, so I checked my steps counter (goal is 2,500).

Note to self: maybe don’t walk a bookstore with a friend in the morning and
Took the weekend off, as my right foot was aching from the heavy furniture moving and increased step count.
Now back to my (minimum) 2,500 steps/day on my way to 10,
Monday: back to my exercise routine.
New goal: be able to walk 10k steps/day by December 2026 so I can enjoy Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. 🎄
