Second time through the new “full body workout”. Had to stop before the last set because feeling shaky.
Ate something, rested, got up and finished to the end. 👍

Because of a shoulder injury from 25 years ago that hasn’t bothered me at all until I started working with my fitness trainer, he switched out Bird Dog for Dead Bug …. which
