With Valentine’s Day taking over…

With Valentine’s Day taking over February (and the last week of January at the point-of-purchase displays in the grocery store), I wanted to do a daily post to Nostr about love, but not romantic love.

I decided on #29daysplushielove - starting with Sparkles. He’s a lion who hangs out in my art studio. Several years ago, a friend was going through even more cancer treatments and received him as a gift. She’s not big into plushies (unless it was a lizard), so when I visited her home and hugged him, she asked if I wanted him. She’s gone, but Sparkles still shines and reminds me of her every day.
