1. Titian Mode - Titian is a “very warm and reddish brownish-orange colour” named after the 16th century painter.
Titian mode is an anagram of meditation; my attempt at gamification because “Engaging Titian Mode!” 🦸 appeals to my genre brain more than “I will practice meditation.” 🧘

2. When feeling prickly, stop and smell the flowers.
