Both of my parents were born in Europe, so we always opened presents on the Eve. Works out well even now, as Boyfriend and I celebrate our Christmas on the 24th, then he goes off and sees family on the 25th, and I sit by the fire with a cup of tea and a book. 🎄🫖📚
