Reviewing my steps for July, I had 3 days lower than my goal of 3,000 steps/day, but overall made up for it with some days near 4k steps.
My goal for August is 3,500 steps/day on my way to 10k by December 2026.
My right foot is holding up well, so I’ll see how the increase goes over the weeks.
