Had my first session with a personal fitness trainer yesterday. Focusing on strengthening my feet, mobility, and flexibility. My mom is 80+ and still walking the dog every morning up a mountain road, so I want to be that way in another 30 years, too.
This morning I did the foot exercises, warm-up routine, and balance exercises.
Don’t feel quite as bad as the meme depicts, but there are definitely some muscles asking WTF?!?!?!
